Create and implement change management and communication strategies for client’s technology initiatives. Develop stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and strategic communications plans to augment awareness and understanding of programs for client’s 400+ stakeholders. Lead marketing, branding, and graphic design activities to develop user outreach and training materials (newsletters, presentations, reference guides, videos, infographics, custom logos/images, etc.). Build relationships with business owners and stakeholders to evaluate user needs, design custom messaging, and identify high-impact communication vehicles and multimedia channels.
Provide project management and business process reengineering support for technology projects (Sharepoint communities, Qlikview data analytics, and automated workflows). Collect community requirements, document business processes (Visio), and formulate pilot team implementation strategies. Manage project tasks, objectives, and timelines; align initiative activities to change management and outreach events.
