-Directly assisted Principal's work as the Coordinator of the Astraea Lesbian Foundation’s Global Philanthropy Project (Example: Designed GPP Branding Style Guide, Website RFP, & drafted 2015 GPP annual meeting resources)

-Designed and executed internal communications strategy for Lafayette Practice in order to inform and strengthen relationships with existing partners. Example: Designed & coordinated launch of internal 3,000+ contact list database.

-Assisted in research and editing of a Grantmaking Model Evaluation of FRIDA:Young Feminist Fund

-Work, travel, and living expenses were fully funded by grants from Haverford College Center for Peace and Global Citizenship, Bryn Mawr College Sociology Department Pollack Fund, and the Bryn Mawr College Deans Office.

McBride Traditions Liason & Co-Head of Traditions Committee

Co-Head of Traditions Committee:
-Elected for two terms to "McBride Traditions Mistress" to plan and coordinate 4 large-scale historic campus-wide events called "Traditions"
-Collaborated directly with President of College, Deans’ Office, Student Activities, and the Board of Trustees to evaluate school policies and student event proposals, and proposed and implemented improvement that greatly increased student and faculty satisfaction with Traditions.
-Designed for and managed all online presence for Bryn Mawr College Traditions
-Initiated campaigns, created and distributed educational materials on topics such as alcohol, sexual assault and consent, and hazing that increased student learning and is being adapted for future use.


Serves as CoPresident of McBride Scholar's Program:
-In charge of maintaining and negotiating relationships between McBrides and members of the traditional aged student community, administration, faculty, and staff at BMC.
-Main duties include: organizing and holding meetings, advocating for community with student leaders and affinity groups on campus, assisting prospective and new McBrides with acclimation to campus, and planning McBride participation in campus traditions and community activities.
