•Responsible for organization’s operations, including financial an administrative affairs

•Planned and organized conferences and forums surrounding current policy issues, such as “Circumpolar Challenges,” an international conference on Arctic sovereignty which had over 100 participants including diplomats, ambassadors, and academics

•Oversaw and maintained the Progressive Policy Internship Program, while restructuring the program with curriculum and acquiring the first monetary sponsors

•Coordinated and executed campaigns for the Rideau Institute’s online advocacy arm, Ceasefire.ca, including a leading national petition drive, garnering over 2,000 supporters which resulted in the Official Opposition’s support of an international nuclear weapons ban

•Responsible for coordinating Rideau Institute’s fundraising program of nearly 3,000 individual donors, with a focus on growing the recurring donor base over three years

•Provided administrative and logistical support for the Public Response team for campaigns and government relations for clients such as: Sayisi Dene First Nation, Friends of Canadian Broadcasting, Nobel Women’s Initiative, USC Canada, and Unifor
