Maintain a long term sales relationship with a book of approximately no less than 400 wholesale accounts (continually adding). Responsibilities include but not limited to: developing marketing programs to increase repeat sales with customer accounts, updating customers on new available products tailored to their specific needs, order taking, damages, follow-ups with all accounts on a cycle of 30 days to keep them continually updated and maintain a strong sales relationship, updates on in-stock items ready to ship, create merchandised displays. I am responsible for managing myself and maintaining strong origination skills to be able to stay on time and complete all necessary tasks, complete calling programs, cold calling, attempting to regain lost customers by problem solving issues pertaining to customer service and products and learning sale trends to better serve my retail customers.

Area Sales Manager / Store Manager

Area sales manager duties included traveling to all district stores to cover for stores needing more management assistance, keeping track and reporting daily sales, shrinkage, and other needed reports of all area stores. (There were approximately 10 stores in my district) training and hiring managers, sales and stock employees. I developed sales plans and techniques for stores struggling to meet weekly goals and staying below specific shrink percentages.
Store manager duties were above duties for my own store as well as creating daily and sales goals for all employees, scheduling, creating marketing plans to increase customer sales of buying multiples and add-ons of accessories and merchandising store weekly. Constant increases in stores managed meant becoming responsible for assisting more stores in higher volume districts and training programs, including being asked to develop a class on employee training and loss prevention for two consecutive holiday seasons in a row.




Train all employees and create schedules, exceed previous years sales goals by a specific percentage based on anticipated monthly growth. Maintain and exceed shrink percentages. Develop new in-store merchandising to help move product. This was an outlet store which meant several times a week I was also responsible for marking down lines of product, keeping track of high/low moving product and ship product to other stores with higher sales of particular items. Develop daily sales goals for all employees to meet and exceed, while finding ways to keep employees motivated and help them maintain a high standard of customer service.

Developed and taught classes to teach bar management and upkeep, bar tending, mixology, and flair ( advanced pouring techniques) to students. Part of the course included the 'Pennsylvania Responsible Serving Course for bartenders' which is a necessary license to be a server in the state. Also maintained a list of active leads of job opportunities and scheduled interviews with prospective employers for graduates.
