As the ETL-HR I am expected to contribute to my team and total store sales through a comprehensive evaluation of team and store performance. I work closely with my Store Team Leader, creating action plans for betterment of team environment and dollar results. Store culture and connectivity results drive my business. I promote team building activities as well as introduce new team members into our store community. I closely monitor daily, weekly and monthly reports, perform root cause analysis and derive answers for both my district partner as well as regional partner. I am the district trainer and recruiter for the Missouri district. I have successfully trained two executive peers as well as promoted three team members to management by developing and preparing them. I consistently exceed weekly, monthly and yearly goals as well as create high standards for myself and peers. I am total store focused on managing execution, driving for results and collaborating with my peers. I manage talent daily and delegate tasks to strong team members. I focus on developing talent within my store as well as brining new talent to Target.
