-Manage 6 state geographical territory and a sales team of 8 Account Managers.
-Conduct weekly joint sales calls with outside sales representatives to provide first hand coaching in development of selling skills and increase penetration of key accounts and prospect accounts.
-Evaluate outside sales representative effectiveness and productivity through the tracking of account activity, sales and margin growth.
-Implement, advocate and utilize CRM system as a primary business system to maintain customer business changes and activity management.
-Member of the Univar Sales Advisory Council.
