-Being able to greet multiple tables, take their food and beverage orders, and deliver food in a timely manner.
-I also had to be upbeat and welcoming in order to add to the exceptional dining experience and atmosphere of the restaurant.
-I was in charge of keeping a maintained and clean section, and several other minor cleaning tasks on a daily basis.
-Finally I helped with training new waiters and waitresses and helped them learn the diverse menu and memorize the ingredients for each item.

Shift Supervisor

This job involves assisting the store manager in running successful shifts in order to maintain the Starbucks Customer Experience. I do this by doing the following things.
-Assigning deployment of baristas, coming up with solutions for problems in the moment, and most importantly dealing with complaints by making the moment right with unsatisfied customers.
-Helping coach baristas on routines and tasks in order to be more efficient, thus helping to develop strong partners. I also have coached and help develop newer shift supervisors on managing the floor,
-Coming up with ways to get tasks done efficiently, and increasing overall effectiveness during their shifts.
-Helping develop our team by rewarding partners that show improvement, which helped establish a more productive and positive atmosphere.

Within this job I have managed to do many things including the following.
-Implementing a new organizational system including setting ordering pars for back of house,
-Organizing a new pastry cart system that helped the partners find food faster for optimal peak times.
-Creating a new organizational system to keep up with store orders, so we were not overspending or missing items due to a lack of communication.
-I was able to revamp the Clean Play and Ready in order to meet our stores needs while keeping up Starbucks standards. I created a notebook for what each role is to do when Qasa arrives to achieve the best scores possible.
- Implementing and teaching a routine among the shift supervisors to do the food count that helps lower the chance of error and increase the ability to manage the floor while doing the counts.

I mainly managed night shifts, this gave me the opportunity to create a higher standard for the baristas focusing on cleaning the store and their personal time management in doing tasks during these shifts.


Finally I was also involved with supporting the community with Starbucks volunteer work:
-Norge Elementary School Fair (April,21,2017)
- M.S. Walk (April,29,2017)
-Lupus walk (June,10,2017)
