At Sam's Club, I worked several various positions; the positions I worked included customer service, cellular kiosk associate, and front end supervisor. A few of the tasks that each position required were assisting members in a timely manner, handling transactions and returns, processing membership and credit applications, answering calls and providing solutions over the phone, and supervising the front end associates. The most recent title I held was as an advantage coordinator. I was responsible of contacting businesses and organizations to coordinate events that would allow me to solicit their employees and offer them benefits of being a member of Sam's Club. I was also in charge of representing the company at events and meetings, such as the Ames Chamber's Business at Breakfast and several Campustown Action Association meetings. I would utilize those opportunities to discuss and present the accomplishments of the Club and gain information on ways we can continue to help better the community.
