*Managed the timely and accurate recording of volunteer service hours, project attendance and various other program statistics in the organization’s Salesforce CRM/data management system.
*Assisted in the research which aided in the development of a successful grant, attaining new ServiceWorks Americorps members for the next 12 months.
*Managed volunteer recruitment by researching, scheduling, and tabling at universities, neighborhood establishments and community fairs throughout the state.
*Summer-long travelling camp serving as a counselor for children aged 11-15 touring the US and Canada by bus.
*Handled medical conditions including daily prescriptions, general ailments, and emergency doctors visits.
*Supervised all activities 24/7 with three to four other counselors.
*Temporary employee in the Administrative Data Management Department:
*Allocated an average of 50 checks per day using Mainframe Vista into a variety of funds maintained by First Investors for clients investing with the company.
*Supported the Vice President of ADM in multiple comparative analysis projects in order to advance the company goals as well as assistance with other proof-reading tasks.
New Jersey Future Leaders of Tomorrow program hosted by Rutgers University:
*Addressed constituent complaints and assisted in general office management.
*Worked 120 hours throughout the semester and attended a weekly class with the creation of a bill proposal as the final grade.
