I helped set up the restaurants inside of the terminal that I worked for to get them ready for opening day. I worked with and assisted the cooks, servers, food runners, bartenders, and managers in anyway possible. I would get things from storage that we were about to run out of and bring them to the restaurants. I would check on the customers and make sure that every single aspect of the restaurant was to their liking, the food, drinks, servers, cooks, atmosphere, and etc.
