Officially, my job is to strategize to achieve the perfect marketing mix to attract new patients to our practice and also ensure maximum patient retention. This is a fancy way of saying that I make sure our patients fall in love with their experience at our office and in turn want to shout their love from the rooftops. Knowing that our services have the potential to transform lives is the driving force behind everything I do.
•Lead all marketing, advertising, digital marketing, and promotional activities for the practice, geared toward increasing public awareness of dental services and ultimately driving growth of the practice
•Development of marketing plan and rebrand of practice, resulting in 89% increase in new patients, 44% increase in patient referrals, and 21% sales growth in first year in role
•Identify marketing opportunities by gathering patient feedback and analyzing practice data and trends
•Oversee patient hospitality program and patient correspondence processes
•Facilitate design and execution of promotional material via print media, direct mail, email marketing, and/or social media.
•Manage marketing budget and regularly evaluate ROI and other key performance metrics of marketing objectives
•Advise other practice departments on marketing strategies to ensure consistent brand message
•Organized and executed a free dentistry event for local community by liaising with media contacts and promoting event via email marketing, social media, and press releases
