My key responsibility is to develop and automate reporting in Fortum Customer Service Finland. From 2011 to 2013, almost every reporting process has now been automated or otherwise simplified. One of my achievements has been developing and automatising parts of the outbound processes with outcome of total -1FTE worth of savings. I also participate in several organisation and company wide IT development projects and have the admin role or equivalent in Teleopti 7, SAP BCM and Sharepoint2013. I am a board member of Fortum Young Professionals 2012-2014.
