Project Manager and Process Lead
Business and functional lead overseeing technological development projects and the management of project teams for the Service Network and Procurement department. Led vendor selection process including defining business case, software discovery and demonstrations, RFI/RFP creation, software and vendor evaluation, and solution recommendations.
Developed and executed detailed project risk analysis and management plan. Worked jointly with the PMO to identify project risks, perform impact analysis, and develop mitigation strategies.
Facilitated system demonstrations and future state business process walk-throughs with business stakeholders and executives. Led business transformation and gap analysis activities with key business stakeholders.
Coordinated release and user acceptance testing activities with vendor, core team, business SMEs, and IT resources including creation of test plans and scenarios
Collaborated with cross-functional team to develop a training plan and execute training for 800+ end users and network of 5,000+ external service partners
Led Business Intelligence project for migration of 100+ reports and CRM capabilities from legacy applications to OBIEE and SQL server databases.
Directed web portal technology and user interface enhancement project leading team of business and IT resources in development of business case and project charter, requirements analysis and validation, and operational change management.
