As the Student Success Intern I created and presented developmental training for 20 course assistants and supervised these Course Assistants throughout the academic year. I produced informative monthly newsletters to over 900 first-years students as well as producing weekly newsletters for Course Assistants. I executed a new recruitment of Course Assistants through informational meetings and campus publications, initiated and lead Course Assistant Interview Committee. I redesigned the College 101 website to be more informative, inclusive, and easier to comprehend. I implemented new spring training for Course Assistants that involved peer counseling and academic plans.

In the FYE office I assisted in the retreat and May training for Parent Ambassadors by organizing developmental activities, I presented to Avanti Orientation Team members during 2012 May Training, I presented FYE programs and resources to more than 5,000 first-year students, as well as parents.
