Sales | F&I:
- Maintain monthly sales tracking in house, reporting all new, used and certified Audi's to manufacturer via internet, dealer trades, monitoring CSI/SSI (sales and service) scores, monitor and assign web leads, tracking web leads and phone ups. Prepare, submit and track all loyalty claims, Audi care and funding for customer deals.
- Responsible for training and supervising both full and part time receptionists. Back up on phones as needed.
Web | Internet Management:
Monthly lead tracking (accounting for how many leads received and how many sold for the month), Web site updates, creating and maintaining specials. All dealership information changes, responsible for maintaining all dealership specific social media outlets, Administrator for dealership CRM tool, manufacturer reporting site among other sources used by dealership. Responsible for creating and sending web/e-mail blasts, curating customer e-mail list and maintaining opt-out requests.
Oversee timekeeping for dealership sales department, reception, porters and drivers. Responsible for setting up new hires with access to PC, e-mail, etc. Familiar with Reynolds and ADP systems along with DealerSocket, Autobase and iMagic. Main contact for store with regard to above systems, technical issues or new hires. Responsible for overseeing dealership event and fundraising efforts.
