Population Health Analyst

Lead role in eClinicalWorks Population Health products.

Develop, implement, and coordinate system-wide reporting that promotes and supports the adoption and successful execution of population health management.

Currently supporting developing and implementing the financial, clinical, and operational reporting required to support the MyCareChicago ACE program, Clinical Integration Program, and other population health programs.

Help to build improve systems for data aggregation, measurement, and analysis. Provide recommendations for improving reporting tools and processes, to more effectively support population health initiatives.

Collaborate with business partners to define and standardize population health reporting requirements.

Creates data extracts needed for population health reporting, by linking data across repositories, summarizing data and other data manipulations.

Takes responsibility for accuracy of reporting results, including implementation of appropriate quality control (QC) processes and following standards and documentation (as available).

Maintains knowledge of current trends in healthcare quality, healthcare informatics, reporting tools and techniques, and regulatory compliance.

Designs, creates, refreshes and improves reports required to support population health processes.

Participates in the onboarding and training of new staff as requested by management.
