My current duties as a key holder include the opening and closing of the shop, the daily running if the shop in my managers absence, I serve customers, deal with cash and card payments via the Horizon computer system. I have to make sure the tills, safe and ATM all balance. I also make sure all point of sale materials are current and up to date. I make sure I and all staff have completed all compliance tests set by the Post Office. I have to make sure all end if day reports are cut off and are correct.
