Managing projects for Prudential's Internal Consulting Group (ICG) with responsibilities that include managing small to large multi-million dollar enterprise-level projects. Specifically supporting the Finance groups in the execution key milestones and mitigating risks to solve complex business issues by constructing business cases, providing data analysis, and creating project and test plans.
• Assistant project manager on the restructuring of the Closed Block business responsible for maintaining all project documentation, including: project plans, issues lists, risk register, meeting documentation, meeting notes
• Assistant project manager responsible for Change Management providing clear communication to the project management team and other key stakeholders and managing and meeting deadlines of small to large scale projects, identifying, communicating and escalating project risks.
• Lead project manager on a Discovery Review responsible for developing presentations and updates for management and key stakeholders and assessing interdependencies between areas and facilitate efficient interaction and communication.
• Assistant project manager on-boarding a new vendor for data collection and reporting capabilities to cut costs for the business; responsible for project plan updates and status updates as well as creating a test plan for implementation.
