Responsibilities include:
 Attending to and resolving customers queries (via the phone as well as front office);
 Sale of company data products and services (via the phone as well as front office);
 Producing performance reports for customer service improvement;
 Coordinating team members on the desk in customer service;
 Team coaching and customer service quality monitoring;
 Making of daily performance desk reports
 Analyzing of and reporting on Airtel (Z) Ltd agents’ sales performance and key area individual performance
 Configuring customer mobile phones and computers for internet services;

Responsibilities included:
 Resolving problems efficiently and professionally by applying knowledge of products and service that Airtel (Z) Ltd offers;
 Recommending of customer service improvement based on analysis customer feedback;
 Identifying and resolving customer complaints using computer system; and
 Educating customer on Airtel (Z) Ltd products (via the phone as well as front desk)
 Maintains customer complaints database and updates it timely for management action.
