•Manage daily operations of showroom, Monitor, generate, and analyze Retail sales sell-through reports,
•Sales (handle market appointment agenda, book models, create orders after buyer selection, and send orders to headquarters in Italy, update clientele database, and all documentation related to sales, merchandising of showroom for market).
•Study details of the collection, Present collection to clients. Contribute to buying decisions.
• Work with buyers to retrieve seasonal orders and payments. Create line sheets for clients.
• Handle all sample requests. Work with PR for photo-shoots and press presentations.
•Logistics (Advise on upcoming shipments, act as link between Italian warehouse and clients, advise on upcoming shipments, release merchandise from warehouse to final clients.
•Management of orders, shipments, inventory at warehouse, client swaps, and financial budgets.
• Partner with buyers on OTB, and seasonal buys. Maintain and analyze selling reports.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships with buyers, department stores, e-commerce sites, and specialty store accounts.
•Meet and negotiate with key customers on financial plans & sales targets prior to the start of the season
