Sprint has given me experience that no college class room could have ever given me. While maintaining my current school schedule - I have worked for Sprint as a Sales Representative. Within this role I have grasp the importance of office relations that are the corner stone for communication. High tempo - with a vital need for relentless work ethic. Countability from the customer as well as the management staff. Every Month we are held accountable by data driven results that has thought me how to be useful with my time and energy. Sprint from years on will always provide me with insight as to juggling the pressures of deadlines and meeting of quotas.

Here I learned at Publix how my interpersonal skills extended into the consumers, not only the consumers but helped the company’s bottom-line. Working with an eclectic group of people, I grasp intangible experience in learning how to work with others to achieve common goals.

Publix was my first job! I am and will continue to be a Publix advocate that will willingly and thoughtfully promote the grocery retail chain as much as I can. Publix has cultivated a culture unlike any other. Through Publix I have grown professionally with hands on leaders who gave me opportunities to use my skills providing customers with truly a shopping experience that is "a pleasure". What I found during my time working at Publix, is that the asking of simple questions to customers will always provide simple solutions to the already complex business realm that proved to make me successful at every aspect of my job. Every engagement I take into personal account, knowing my complete commitment to an overall goal will influence direction to achieving the culture and expectations the company sets. This job allowed me to every day come in and execute strenuous task (getting the small things right), such as solving impromptu problems that occurred.

GPLUS Program

This program allowed students to come from all over the country, to attend a two month long pipeline course concerning law courses such as: Contract law, Legal writing, Case law, and Ethics. The purpose was to engage students who have aspirations of law school, in hopes that they would gain experience and the knowledge it takes to be successful matriculating through-out law school.

My job here, was to perform by quantitative metrics in sales and presenting products that our consumer would want to buy. We were based on a metrics month by month- success rating being at 75% percent in profit per salesman. My performance consistency landed in the 90%-tile range of sales. I was able to do this by being knowledgeable on products and suggestive reasoning in price and quality.
