I want to learn everything. Education is on going experience for me and acquiring new skills is something I have always been passionate about.

Ideally, I would love to work in Washington, D.C. in the White House after I have successfully run a presidential campaign.

The 2014 Project Alabama

Website Developer

The mission of the 2014 Project is to help women run for elected positions in the state of Alabama. Part of my responsibilities include maintaining The 2014 Project Alabama’s website as well as working with other staff members to create and promote the image of our organization. I have helped to write articles, create images, and work closely with our director, Audrey Salgado. I research vacant seats within the state legislature and help identify possible candidates. I also meet with organizations who request to learn more about our organization.

Whole Foods Market

Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative, I constantly help resolve issues that customers have while at Whole Foods. Whether I am returning an item or helping a customer locate what they are looking for, I am consistently communicating while aiming for the highest level of customer satisfaction. Several of my duties include working at the customer service desk while answering phones, responding to emails, and making sure the Front End runs properly.

U.S. House Representative Terri Sewell

I was selected by the Congresswoman and her staff to be an intern during one of the busiest times of the year. The Congresswoman had just been reelected and required everyone in the office to be incredibly organized and prepared for the day. Most mornings were spent watching the news and reading newspapers while researching new bills that would impact the 7th District of Alabama. I coordinated between seven different offices and kept in constant contact with the Washington D.C. office.
