In my current role I support one of the largest business units at D2L with their recruitment needs and identify and execute strategies aimed at proactive sourcing and improving the candidate experience.
My focus involves:
• Partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies for open roles
• Overseeing the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing, requisition through screening, selection, and pre-boarding
• Sourcing and building a talent pipeline focusing on future needs
• Using social media to promote internal and external engagement and drive the talent brand through @d2l_careers Instagram account and #LifeatD2L
I currently take part in several employee engagement initiatives aimed at promoting a diverse and inclusion culture where all employees thrive, feel appreciated and live and breathe our D2L leadership competencies and values.
