Reporting to Head of Business & Innovation, developing the corporate learning and development strategy and implementing it company wide.
Leading on the corporate leadership skills programme, coaching and mentoring and external awards. Engaging external training providers to deliver a wide range of learning interventions across all six sites.
Providing advice and guidance on all aspects of the behavioural skills agenda including HR development programmes, modular corporate workshops and e - learning packages.
Designing and delivering specialist training packages for audiences such as HR teams, Mentors and Line Managers. Examples include; Performance Management, Feedback Skills and Mentoring Skills workshops.
Working with the corporate team to develop and deliver a company wide communications strategy for Training and Development.
Developing corporate processes and standards for training evaluation and coaching.
Successfully leading the project to achieve corporate Investors in People for Magnox South in 2009. Currently working with all sites to deliver corporate IiP recognition across Magnox Ltd.
