My role as an intern:
+ Use job boards to locate, identify, and contact qualified talent for open positions via e-mail or phone.
+ Track progress using a self-created Excel spreadsheet.
+ Manage job postings on various boards (Monster, SHRM, etc.).
+ Schedule interviews
+ Supervised (as part of a team of up to 4 others) the front-end of the warehouse. This included the scheduling of breaks&lunches of up to 30 employees, maintaining an appropriate number of open cash registers and cart pushers, cash register overrides and price changes, and closing duties such as cash drawer collection and closing reports/paperwork.
+ Assisted and informed members of products, services, and benefits available with a membership.
+ Processed membership and American Express applications.
+ Updated the existing supplies list to include correct item numbers, prices, and descriptions for the membership department.
+ Performed front-end cashier and assistant duties.
+ Processed refunds/returns.
+ Prepared and served food court items.
+ Performed various tasks assigned by management.

+ Measured customers to find correctly-sized garments.
+ Informed customers of various styles, fits, and functions of garments.
+ Folded, hung, and placed products, according to size, in proper area.

+ Labeled reduced and clearance merchandise.
