As a manager, my main responsibilities were the upkeep and the motivation of the office while working towards daily targets, weekly sales targets and monthly exchange targets. One of the major duties is the office pipeline and making sure the sales proceed to exchange, while also regenerating new business for day-to-day running.
I was also responsible for going on appointments with clients to gain business and have a weekly target to achieve new business and also a weekly sales target.
All of the expertise and knowledge gained has helped me become a better person in general but also have an increased drive to succeed and to generate maximum revenue, whilst offering an outstanding service.
