• Change Initiatives
o Created simpler tools to help officers be more efficient in their day-to-day activities : Recommended the features of the supervision tools to be prioritized in our new MAESTRO system with a focus on user-experience and efficiency,
o Led the effort to simplify the Delegation of Authority table (rules for the decision-making process) for IDB Invest to empower officers, reduce administrative burdens, and shorten our response time to clients' requests
o Recommended the creation of our new specialized disbursement team to take care of administrative and more systematic coordinations issues related to disbursements. As a result, supervision officers can now dedicate more time on credit risk assessment during the disbursement phase, and the disbursement process has shortened.
• Negotiation of contracts: Created win-win solutions across the project cycle to protect the bank's balance sheet and address clients' concerns during the resolution of post-signature events.
