Chief dental clinician responsible for the clinical leadership, oversight and management of the Oral Health Department. Built a supportive team to successfully revise, oversee and update clinic operations to stay current. Transitioned the dental clinic into a new leadership and management structure, including working collaboratively with other departments and integrating the dental clinic into the organization’s general operations. Created scheduling templates to maximize capacity and efﬁciency, with a resulting 24% increase in number of visits in 3 months. Created and maintained initiatives to monitor and improve quality of services. Balanced my clinical and administrative duties in a satisfactory manner, allowing me to continue to provide services to a high volume of patients- only a 27% reduction in number of patients seen, despite a 50% reduction of my clinical sessions.
