Throughout the years, many events have been planned, from high school events like senior prom, senior trip and graduation to vacation trips and activities, birthday parties, award ceremonies for athletes and community events. In the Spring of 2013 a wedding was planned. Established budget,date and venue, to planning and executing deadlines and goals.From the theme, decor options, price point comparison and booking of rentals, the couple and I were very hands on. Delegated tasks to others involved while creating and executing many different itineraries for various parts of the wedding. Such itineraries were delivery and return of rentals to rehearsal dinner, bachelorette dinner/party, bachelor dinner/party,wedding day preparation before the nuptials, parking at venues, guests arrival, outside nuptials sequence, reception party, food and wine at reception, guest departure and cleaning up after the event. Hosted the event by communicating to the guests what they needed and should expect from myself so that there were fully aware of the plans for the evening. Served wine and coffee throughout the night. Maintained a good attitude, pleasant environment and monitored what guests , the bride and groom and the workers at the venue needed from me.
