• Personally imaged six servers in Jacksonville, FL and installed two others for the Army Core of Engineers remote sites in Palatka, FL and Panama City, FL.
• Migrated and installed over 300 End User Workstations for the Army Core of Engineers in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
• Assisted with help desk support for entire Vicksburg, MS Army Core base. Included printer installations, network connectivity issues, hardware issues, and driver issues.

• Created, modified, deleted and maintained over 500 user accounts for over 9 major combined joint multi-national naval exercises.
