As a bartender I make sure that all guest get the correct beverage in a timely matter while maintaining a safe and fun environment. I am expected to keep a clean and sanitary workspace and stock beer, liquor and wine for the bartender who works after me. Naturally I handle cash, check for identification and if needed quit serving a patron if they are endangering themselves and others. At the end of the night I clean and run a financial report.
