As Front Desk Attendant (7am-3pm; 3-11pm), responsible for greeting guests, check-ins/check-outs, payment transactions, reservations, phone calls, snack shop, and handling guest complaints. As Night Auditor (11pm-7am), sole hotel employee and also responsible for the night audit (includes reconciling paper and electronic records, printing and verifying reports, authorizing and submitting credit card transactions for payments, generating and distributing receipts for guest check-outs, and preparing cash drawers for next day's use), and mitigating guest complaints. Trained in hotel emergency protocols.
