The meat clerk position at Redner's Warehouse Market's requires the individual to stock and rotate meat, while maintaining correct prices and freshness of merchandise. This position is mostly independent work, under the supervision of the meat manager. Must have strong communication skills to assist costumers, and be able to life 70lbs (40% of the time). At the end of the evening shift, the meat clerk must partake in the cleaning and sanitation of the meat preparation room.
