Install and service customers in their homes with quality cable service.
Perform services of cabling systems including; running cable systems through out the home, setting up services they request and instructing the customer of our services and how to successfully operate the services they have chosen.
Perform service calls to troubleshoot problems in a customers home including; cabling issues (bad wiring, wrong configurations, damaged or old splitters) damaged or bad equipment (cable boxes, internet modems, telephone modems)
Help to Maintain a fully operational cable system to ensure customer satisfaction year round, contact maintenance of any issues with the cable system, and deliver customer decorum to ensure full customer satisfaction.
