Manages a premier/excellent household customer portfolio. Profiling customers to determine their needs, then cross-selling appropriate products and services and/or referring customer to partners. Provides broad base of services, including deposit-based, credit, investment and fee-based products, with the goal of acquiring 100% of the customer s business. Develops and maintains relationships with Wells Fargo partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve minimum sales standards. Proactively makes outbound sales calls to inform customers about a wide variety of financial services solutions that will meet their needs and deepen the customer experience and relationship. This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results.
