Open, close, walk and check entire store. Count inventories, create next-day food prep sheets, and food orders. Assign daily employee job duties, run errands when out of stock and supplies, handle money all day, multiple handyman repairs or call professionals for major repairs. Correct server and cook mistakes and satisfy upset customers. Delegate to staff to keep facilities clean and neat, promote sales (old menu items and new items), and for employees to help out one another to keep things running more efficiently. Log sales and submit daily POS transactions. Job required continually thinking on the spot and multi-tasking.
