Ensure timely installation and startup of new production lines and other important projects; based on a standard methodology of projects: integrated planning, implementation and monitoring of all activities and resources; adjusting to budgets and specific timelines. This position also requires:
•Manage the information required for each project, with the areas involved.
•Agreeing on project specifications.
•Designing technical details of projects: layouts, process diagrams, final plans, budget, schedule, indirect manufacturing costs.
•Make industrial implementation: purchase and negotiation of equipment and services, selecting contractors, assembly of machinery, guarantee Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while installing
•Manage the training and industrial testing required.
•Delivering projects: plant in operation, documentation, maintenance program, operating instructions and safety equipment, and industrial networks.
•Propose improvement projects for industrial processes, which involve improving the cost-benefit of these processes.
•Propose best practices that contribute to increase the operation efficiency of the Engineering Department.
•Prepare and present results periodically to the department and the executives.
