Provides expertise in one or more of the following applications or similar applications as it relates to and is used by Program Teams and specifically by the Program Planning and Control function: SAP/Dassian DP010, ProPricer, Honeywell Milestone Reporter (HMR), Manpower Allocation Tool (MAT), Elements Of Cost (EOC), etc., Applies knowledge of PP&C business processes and procedures to applicability and updating of tool(s), and how they work relationally with other applications, functional requirements and program expectations to ensure full utilization. Makes and/or recommends improvements to existings tools or advocates new tools as necessary. Provides inputs and/or defines functional requirements to new application development teams. Can be assigned to multiple teams across CBTs and/or locations. Can be assigned to Tools Group within D&S Tools & Process: Estimating, Scheduling, Planning or Program Management & Reporting. Provides communication and training related to application(s) and troubleshoots any issues, answers questions from assigned team
