Section Leader in a Combined Arms Battalion Scout Platoon; responsible for the discipline, training, morale, health, welfare, and tactical deployment of 14 Soldier Section of combat and contingency operations; responsible for all assigned equipment and sub-components to include equipment assigned to the individual and section; responsible for maintenance and mission readiness of on M3A2 Cavalry Fighting Vehicle, and two HMMWV's to include all sub-components worth in excesses of $15,000,000; controls section movement when conducting Route/Area/Zone reconnaissance.
Developed, Implemented, and created a Leadership book for the Squadron of 500+ personnel which enabled the junior leaders the ability to track personnel information. Developed a program on Sexual Harassment Awareness and Prevention for a Battalion consisting of over 5000 personnel from the ground up to include writing the Standard Operating Procedure. Trained and conducted follow on training for over 900 personnel on Sexual Harassment Awareness and Prevention. Tracked, Coordinated, and scheduled the commander’s interviews for military drivers licensing for over 250 personnel and maintained an up to date, easy filing system for all the licenses and other documentation. Certified to administer urinalysis to include documentation, verification, and maintaining accurate records. Supervised and maintained 15,000,000,000 dollars worth of Government equipment to include an M2A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicle, two Hummer's, and all the equipment inherent to the vehicles.
