Investing in distress multi -family properties in NY & NJ. Properties are acquired via Shor-sales, Rebates, Estate sales, court steps at below market values. Once acquired, we gut renovate and resale for high profits on the open market within 60-120 days from acquisition.
We also retain properties within our portfolio for monthly positive Cash-flow. Our current rental portfolio generates a 110% ROI annually.
