To provide daily IT helpdesk support and advice to all employees on/off site as required and prioritising activity by working to a structured process that ensures effective, professional and timely support across the group of companies.
Receiving, log and priorities IT enquiries with the objective of resolving technical queries for staff in across all sites.
Remote accessing staff laptops/desktops in order to resolve IT issues as promptly and effectively as possible.
Working with third party organisations to help drive and deliver website requirements and IT services throughout the SP Holding Group.
Liaise with the Marketing Manager to ensure all marketing material is available and professionally promoted via the corporate website.
Supporting, coach and develop internal staff (as required) with the objective of improving their awareness and capability in basic IT skills.
Providing over the phone and face to face support to our major client on the tracking and fuel reporting systems.
