Technical Client Management at Kiosked is also known as the "Implementation Muscle". Responsibilities include making sure there are no technical bottlenecks for taking in new clients, communicating the technology with customers, customer-specific customizations, providing technical support for sales team and a bunch of other various tasks. To get the job done a TCM needs to be pro-active, curious, customer-centric and know at least the basics of HTML, CSS, PHP and SQL and understand how software is built. As the first TCM in the company I have been participating in developing most of the processes needed in the position and recruiting new team members.
