• Within 90 days of starting: team increased platform speed two fold, integrated with 2 core vendors, and designed a feature for a new customer need. Core product was tested and hardened for peak application season.

Recruited to Company to build a team to launch a web and mobile game portfolio. Reported to Co-Founder & CEO. Managed daily operations and the full creative process from inception to delivery. Led the brainstorming process, wireframed and wrote acceptance criteria; organized each step of the SCRUM method.
