• Gathered stakeholders, sales team and account managers to better define client needs and market opportunities.

• Within 90 days of starting: team increased platform speed two fold, integrated with 2 core vendors, and designed a feature for a new customer need. Core product was tested and hardened for peak application season.

Assets acquired by FOXSports.com; business closed.
• Implemented the first SCRUM process within OPEN Sports, meeting scope and delivery dates for bi-weekly code releases and increasing product reliability.
• Phased out off-shore development team while hiring and retaining in-house talent in a competitive job market.
