Since joining PwC I have had the distinct pleasure of working on three projects. On the first project I ensured that foreclosures were initiated by the party with properly documented ownership of the Note and Deed of Trust or Mortgage. The team also validated foreclosures were processed in compliance with Federal laws including SCRA and Bankruptcy, performed first review of foreclosure file. I communicated within teams about questions and documentation regarding loan file reviews and escalated questions and legal concerns to Senior Associates/Managers. I provided daily status updates to Senior Associates/Managers. Team members were responsible for managing productivity and quality of assigned files demonstrating an awareness of workloads, taking on additional tasks when appropriate and adhere to firm and engagement policies. Independently researched solutions to issues faced prior to seeking out clarification, when needed. I assumed responsibility for my own learning and involvement in enhancing project including participating in extracurricular activities.

For the second project the teams were responsible for gathering required mortgage and bankruptcy documentation, calculating all necessary delinquent fees and expenses, preparing high-quality POC packages, and submitting complete and accurate packages to auditors for review and subsequent filing. As a rule, each package is unique and requires varying levels of effort at each stage of the process. Members of this team were required to be agile and flexible as they adapt to the requirements of each file and the needs of the client. Additionally, team members were required to complete rework / make corrections in a timely manner, as required by auditors, in order to facilitate prompt filing of POCs. Team members were further responsible for maintaining complete and accurate reporting of both account data and individual performance metrics.

On my most recent project I was responsible for creating insurance forms using Thunderhead software. Building of forms included create forms with reference from business mapping document, building tables with conditional rules, adding variables to the form from the appropriate mapping document, including dynamic content, shared content, and enclosures. I served as a constant source of help for other team members on the technical aspect of forms development and had the distinct task of serving as a junior team business analyst preparing mapping for documents. While on this project I achieved proficiency in Thunderhead Business Content and Business Object Studio systems, gained working knowledge of Rally software used to track progress of insurance forms and took steps to be more proactive in taking a leadership role and to improving communication among the team. Another assignment I completed while on this project was a collaboration with another member of the team to create a manual that documents the business processes of the project. This manual will serve as an essential part of gaining projects of this stature in the future.
