As a direct report to the president, I manage multiple projects for the executive team from conception to completion. I also organize and execute team meetings and oversee ad hoc projects for various departments.
• System and Process Improvement- in just 4 months, I was able to improve our automation from 50% to 93% when dispatching trips. This directly correlated to the Accounting Department seeing an 80% decrease in manual overrides.
•Software Optimization- With the goal of fully utilizing software capabilities, I quickly gained the expertise necessary to cut down on "work-a-rounds" in multiple departments, saving both time and money.
•Training and Standards- I have organized multiple initiatives to train drivers, dispatchers, and customer service reps on new standards that embrace the need to improve.
• Identify data integrity and areas to improve data quality.
• Produce sales reports where the data reveals opportunities for improvements.
• Present weekly analytics of that show lane and load profitability.
