Maintain accuracy and continuance of dough’s needed to fulfill orders following the production sheet. Help cut waste of dough and production downtime. My other professional duties of a Mixer Operator consisted of different weigh ups and calculations of different grains, powder, and yeast ingredients. Follow thru with all company policy’s including Quality Control Points (QCP). Trained and certified in all fields of production including some Foreman experiences.
