Besides my regular day to day line cook duties, when we opened new stores I was sent to train new employees for that location. Teaching at all the stations I myself was certified on. Which included recipe knowledge,safety procedures, personal appearance, and all rules that were required by the company. Also on occasion I would be sent to stores already open that we're in need of support.

Assistant chef

I started as a line cook and in a three month time period was promoted to assistant chef. My duties were to oversee the entire kitchen staff. It was also my job to prep for the menu, soup, sauces, butchering steaks and fish, etc.


China Grill Cafe

Pastry cook/ Baker

Started as a plater, and was moved to full time baker, starting with are regular menu items and eventually starting are bread program which baked bread for all four of the company's stores in the casino.
