Besides my regular day to day line cook duties, when we opened new stores I was sent to train new employees for that location. Teaching at all the stations I myself was certified on. Which included recipe knowledge,safety procedures, personal appearance, and all rules that were required by the company. Also on occasion I would be sent to stores already open that we're in need of support.
