• Coordinate and manage strategy, capacity, retail activation plan, and launch plans for all accounts supported by MotoAgent program.
• Supervise, coach and develop a team of four Content Managers.
• Present MotoAgent strategy, recommendations to Motorola account manager teams.
• Manage launch process relating to MotoAgent program for new products and incentives.
• Compile and analyze report data to determine progress, store visit details, in store perception, sales feedback, brand recommendation rate, training retention, competitive information, objections, and other key information to adjust and develop strategy.
• Build strong relationships with client, third party partners, and vendors to ensure optimal and consistent communication of the brand through training and merchandising.
