PRIME is the research division of the University of Management and Economics (KPC), and is partnered with various international groups including the Atlas Network and the Human Capital Project. In addition to research, publishing, and courses, PRIME also provides support for start up businesses and social enterprises.

Unpaid. Founded and manage a small non-profit organisation that provides personal equity financing to poor students in Cambodia so that they can attend university. Registered in Queensland (Australia) and operate in Cambodia as a project of the University of Management and Economics (UME). Originally started in Battambang (2007) and then expanded to Kampong Cham (2008) and Sihanoukville (2013).
