I work to support all users of Assistive Technology at the BBC as part of the Technology Team. Another aspect of my role is engaging in IT related projects, conducting compatibility testing and working with appropriate stakeholders across the organisation.

I worked as part of the Medical Faculty e-learning team producing specialist content for use on distance learning courses. This included the production of video, audio and the use of multiple specialist tools in the creation of this content. I also project managed the creation of several modules for use on the university virtual learning environment.

I worked as a Disabled students' allowance assessor conducting complex assessments of needs for individuals with a wide range of disabilities to ensure they were able to access the correct support to access education. I was also responsible for maintenance of all the equipment in the assessment rooms.
